We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
