Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join our client's team in the luxury building materials and interior fit-out industry based in Dubai, with operations spanning across the UAE. We're looking for a dynamic and driven professional with a solid understanding of marble, stone, and fitout projects who can identify new business opportunities and drive growth across commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE in the marble, stone, and interior fitout segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, architects, and real estate developers.
- Understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and work with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project feasibility and follow up on leads.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the marble, stone, or interior fitout industry.
- Strong network across the UAE construction, design, and real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel across the Emirates.
