Business Development Executive (BDE)
. In this role, you'll act as a field support to the Business Development Manager and help us drive growth across Dubai's competitive interior fit-out market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients across sectors (retail, F&B, offices, clinics, etc.)
Assist the BDM in meetings, follow-ups, and presentations
Conduct market research and site visits to tap new leads
Maintain and update client databases regularly
Coordinate with internal teams to support project proposals and quotations
Be the "runner" who bridges field intelligence with BD strategy
Requirements:
1-3 years of UAE experience in interiors / construction / real estate / facility services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident with outdoor sales and quick follow-ups
Strong understanding of the Dubai market
Valid UAE driving license is a must

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Experience:
BDE: 4 years (Required)
Interior / Fitout: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
Willingness to travel:
