Own the end-to-end sales process for small- to mid-market accounts--prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory
Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to C-level and procurement contacts
Negotiate contract terms and close deals up to defined revenue thresholds
Manage onboarding and handover to operations once deals are signed
Maintain and grow relationships with existing small-account clients to drive repeat business
Keep pipeline and activity data up to date in CRM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
Proven track record of meeting individual sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
