We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to identify business growth opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Present company products and services to potential clients
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain a database of client and prospect information
Requirements:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
