We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, along with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Present and promote the company's services through meetings, calls, and presentations.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage contracts effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management.
Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
