About the role



We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in the Zoho ecosystem and/or ERP solutions, with a passion for building client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE, focusing on Zoho solutions and solutions catering to Distribution, Logistics and Warehousing. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the UAE. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in the Zoho ecosystem and/or ERP solutions (Zoho CRM, Zoho One, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the UAE or GCC region. Strong understanding of business processes, digital transformation, and SaaS/ERP solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. UAE market experience and existing network is highly desirable.
