dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive

to help identify new opportunities, grow client relationships, and drive sustainable expansion--especially in the

Project Cargo Surveying

and

Marine Survey sectors

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research Build and maintain long-term relationships with

port authorities, logistics companies, and shipping firms

Generate leads, schedule meetings, and conduct product/service presentations Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Collaborate with the marketing team to align business strategies and support campaigns Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business leads Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands Actively pursue

project-based cargo surveying

opportunities in

BBK and across the GCC

Requirements:

Proven experience in

business development or sales

, preferably in

marine services, logistics, or shipping

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both

independently and collaboratively

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Highly motivated, with a

goal-oriented and target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Maritime, logistics or Shipping Industry Familiarity with

project cargo

, breakbulk operations, or

marine surveying services

Fluent in

English, Hindi

(

Arabic

is a plus) Valid driver's license Strong local knowledge of the

BBK/Project cargo in Dubai market
