Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in retail or consumer-focused industries.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Lead the execution of go-to-market plans within a 90 to 120-day timeframe.

Identify new market leads, product trends, and customer needs across various industries.

Manage and drive multiple product portfolios with a focus on performance and scalability.

Generate reports and insights for management on market performance and KPIs.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong project management and planning capabilities.

Deep market intelligence and industry awareness.

Ability to follow through and drive projects to completion.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Solid understanding of the supply chain and its business implications.

Effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multi-sector products and services.

Strong business acumen with excellent reporting and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
