Job Description

Best Town Realty is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our subsidiary company ELITIA MARKETING to drive lead generation and client acquisition through various digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a blend of marketing knowledge and sales skills, with a strong grasp of digital tools to reach and convert prospects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads using social media, digital advertising, and online campaigns.

Identify and engage potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and online forums.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.

Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted content and promotional materials.

Nurture leads through follow-ups, calls, and presentations to convert them into clients.

Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and suggest optimizations.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach.

Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, lead generation tools, and competitor strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:
