Job Description

Client Acquisition:

Identify and approach restaurants, hotels, catering units, and institutional buyers

Territory Development:

Secure minimum 10 new clients within 3 months, achieving AED 450,000 in total sales

Sales Performance:

Maintain average monthly sales target of AED 150,000, with minimum ongoing performance of AED 120,000 (80%)

Sales Pitches:

Deliver persuasive presentations highlighting company strengths and product quality

Proposal Development:

Tailor proposals to align with client requirements and business models

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends

Relationship Management:

Build trust-based relationships with new accounts

Follow-up:

Conduct regular visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Strategic Collaboration:

Work with Business Development Manager on lead-generation strategies

Operational Support:

Coordinate orders with logistics teams for smooth delivery

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records and submit regular performance reports
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
