to join our rent-a-car company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, B2B sales, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Acquisition & Sales
Identify and approach potential B2B clients, corporate accounts, and long-term leasing customers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Negotiate and close deals ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of all business development activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1
-2 years of experience
in business development.
Strong network within Dubai's corporate sector is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office.
