The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and overseeing the operational delivery of services across multiple sites. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on coordination between clients and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cleaning, maintenance, MEP, and other facility services
Prepare and present commercial proposals and service contracts
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and service audits
Coordinate with operations team for staff deployment and timely service delivery
Monitor job progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain records of sales activities, client feedback, and monthly reporting
Support in billing follow-ups and contract renewals
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-5 years) within the facilities management or cleaning service industry.
Strong understanding of FM service contracts, quotations, and manpower planning
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
UAE driving license is required
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
