Business Development Executive
to join our creative team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and emerging industry trends.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
Establish partnerships with real estate developers, architects, construction companies, and other related businesses to create new business avenues.
Client Relationship Management
Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design needs and present the company's services as solutions.
Prepare and present business proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and clarity on project terms.
Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals, acting as the primary point of contact throughout and after project completion.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute business development strategies in alignment with company goals.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that attract clients and enhance brand visibility.
Work closely with design and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from concept to completion, meeting client expectations.
Brand Building Awareness
Serve as an ambassador of the company, representing its values and quality standards in all client and partner interactions.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and other internal teams to ensure that client needs are clearly communicated, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Customer Service
Ensure the clients are satisfied throughout the project lifecycle by providing consistent communication and support.
Address client concerns or issues in a timely manner and work with the project team to resolve any challenges that arise during a project.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in sales or business development within the hospitality industry or in interior design firms working on hospitality projects.
*Strong network and understanding of the UAE/GCC hospitality market is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
*Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
