We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales and business development plan to achieve company growth targets.
Identify and approach potential clients, including residential property owners, businesses, and developers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote the company's home maintenance, facility management, and fit-out services to new audiences.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong network and understanding of the Dubai real estate and property market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
UAE driving license is a plus.
