Business Development Executive

to help us drive corporate growth and secure new strategic accounts.

Role Overview



The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with corporate clients, and converting qualified leads into revenue-generating accounts. The role is best suited for professionals with a solid background in B2B sales and business development, especially in sectors like transportation, hospitality, logistics, and events.

Key Responsibilities



New Business Acquisition



Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across target sectors, including hotels, travel agencies, event organizers, and corporate offices. Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Develop customized proposals and solutions to address client needs and secure long-term contracts.

Client Relationship Management



Maintain ongoing relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand evolving needs. Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and negotiation sessions with senior decision-makers. Foster trust and loyalty through prompt communication, effective service delivery, and tailored support.

Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence



Contribute to the development of sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth. Analyze industry trends and competitor performance to uncover new growth areas and partnership models. Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, service bundling, and marketing initiatives.

Reporting & CRM



Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and deals in CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo ERP. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and pipeline forecasts to senior leadership. Track client satisfaction and engagement KPIs to guide retention efforts and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience

in business development or B2B sales within transportation, hospitality, events, or travel sectors in the UAE. Strong knowledge of sales cycles, corporate contracting, and service SLAs. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (preferably Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo ERP). Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
