Business Development Executive

Job Description

The Business Development Executive (BDE) in real estate development is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, acquiring clients, and expanding the company's network. A key part of this role is reaching out to real estate agencies, brokers, and channel partners to register with them and generate consistent business through these networks.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research & Business Strategy

Identify potential growth areas in the real estate sector. Conduct competitive analysis and suggest market entry strategies.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Proactively generate leads through online research, referrals, networking, and events. Convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.

Agency Registration & Relationship Management

Call and connect with local real estate agencies, brokers, and channel partners. Register the company and its projects with these agencies to expand the business network. Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Project Promotion & Deal Closure

Promote real estate projects to registered agencies and potential buyers. Share project details, brochures, pricing, and offers to drive interest. Support in organizing site visits, client meetings, and project walkthroughs.

Sales Support & Coordination

Coordinate with internal sales teams for follow-ups and closing deals. Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and transaction processing.

Marketing & Brand Visibility

Participate in property expos, roadshows, and promotional events. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for agency partners.

Reporting & CRM

Maintain accurate records of agency contacts, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on outreach efforts and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience:

2 years in business development or channel sales, preferably in real estate.

Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in making cold calls and outreach Good knowledge of real estate processes and documentation Self-motivated and target-driven Familiarity with CRM and MS Office
