Key Responsibilities:

Market Mapping:
Research and identify new retail stores, outlets, and retail projects within assigned territories.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Locate and connect with store owners, retail heads, procurement managers, or decision makers.
Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits.

Appointment Setting:
Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for the senior sales or solutions team.
Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Reporting:
Prepare weekly reports on leads generated, appointments set, and market insights.
?
Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to ensure seamless handover of leads and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, B2B sales, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking ability and a hunter mentality.
Familiarity with local retail landscape is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
