Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy development, and closing deals to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Identify potential markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management on business development strategies.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [specific industry, e.g., IT, SaaS, Manufacturing] is a plus.
