Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the shipping or logistics field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of freight forwarding, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Provide market intelligence
Achieve sales targets and provide regular market feedback
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
