As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with existing clients
Lead sales pipeline management and ensure target achievements
Analyze market trends and establish a competitive advantage
Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
Provide trusted after-sales support and client servicing
Lead negotiations and close business deals, including contracts and service agreements
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Deliver accurate reporting on sales performance and KPIs
Skills Required:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT sales or related fields
Proven track record in lead conversion and closing deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
