Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and enthusiastic about growing business and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Promote company products and services to address client goals and objectives Create and send invoices following successful sales Maintain accurate records of sales, client information, revenue, and communications using CRM tools Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals Identify new opportunities for sales and service expansion Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Schedule and attend business meetings and calls with potential clients Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences Negotiate contracts and maintain detailed records of transactions Take ownership of the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure Generate innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and brand visibility Provide regular reports on sales performance and recommend strategic improvements Collaborate with management for sales planning, forecasting, and target alignment

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calls, outbound sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce will be an added an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* Driver's license (Preferred)
