Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our vacation home rental business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with property owners and clients, and increasing occupancy rates through strategic partnerships and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and approach property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to onboard new vacation rental properties.
Develop and implement strategies to increase property listings and revenue.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Promote and sell vacation rental services to potential clients, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners and vendors.
Act as a point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns and ensuring their expectations are met.
3. Marketing & Branding
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract guests and property owners.
Work on digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing, to drive bookings.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness.
4. Revenue & Performance Analysis
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, revenue growth, and customer retention.
Provide insights and reports to management on business performance and growth opportunities.
Develop pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or hospitality (vacation home rentals, real estate, or travel industry preferred).
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate and hospitality market.
Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Knowledge of CRM software, property management systems, and booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) is a plus.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and marketing acumen.
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
