We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented

Business Development Executive/Manager

to drive client acquisition for our marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with brands, startups, and SMEs looking for digital marketing, branding, content, or performance marketing solutions.

This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong market understanding, and the ability to pitch creative solutions that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and convert new clients for our marketing and digital services (social media, branding, SEO, paid ads, content, etc.) Research and reach out to potential leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and networking events Present tailored proposals, marketing plans, and service offerings that match client objectives Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, performance) to customize offerings and proposals Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track activities in CRM, and provide regular performance reports Develop long-term relationships with clients and upsell/cross-sell additional services Represent the company at marketing events and client meetings to build brand awareness

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a marketing/digital agency) Strong knowledge of marketing services including social media, SEO, branding, paid ads, and content strategy Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Self-starter with a passion for marketing and growth

Preferred:

Existing network of startup founders, SME owners, or brand managers in the UAE or GCC UAE driving license (if travel required) Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
