This is a client-facing, target-driven role focusing on selling training and inspection services, generating new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background and a clear understanding of ISO standards and the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell training and inspection services, including ISO 17020 accredited programs
Promote and sell
EIAC-accredited food safety training programs
, including (Basic Food Safety, GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), PIC (Person in Charge) Training, Internal Auditor Training, Lead Auditor Courses)
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close deals effectively

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Understand client needs and offer tailored service packages
Address client concerns and gather feedback for service improvement

Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Develop and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Track tenders and explore consulting opportunities

Operational Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and invoicing
Maintain an updated CRM and client database
Prepare reports and updates for management on sales performance and opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in sales or business development in the UAE (training/inspection industry preferred)
Driving License:
Valid UAE driving license required
Languages:
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam; Arabic is a plus
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of ISO standards
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident in independent client handling
Strong networking and problem-solving capabilities
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
