Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive in the printing and packaging industry to focus on generating new sales leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation and Sales:



Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the printing and disposable packaging sector. This includes prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management:



Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. Understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy Development:



Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. This may involve market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:



Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Customizing these materials to meet specific client needs.

Negotiation and Closing:



Negotiating business terms and closing sales deals. This involves strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate the sales cycle effectively.

CRM Management:



Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Team Collaboration:



Collaborating with other teams within the organization, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.

Market Analysis:



Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. This knowledge is crucial for identifying new opportunities and adapting sales strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:



Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management.

Meeting Sales Targets:



Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven 3-4 years of UAE experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the printing and packaging industry.

Strong understanding of the printing and packaging market, including different types of packaging materials, printing techniques, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

A valid UAE driving license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
