Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partners.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Create and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions related to corporate gifting and promotional products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Experience in the
gifting industry
is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
