Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Associate
to support our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our full range of services. This role requires strategic insight, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients.
Present and promote the company's services to potential clients and partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare detailed performance reports.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the financial services sector.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Familiarity with the Middle East market is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
Must be currently based in Riyadh or open to relocation.
