What you will do in this role: Helping Business development team to draft the require documentation to convert lead & prospect to client to Working with the IR team and the partners to nurture the lead and converting in the prospect and convert in the business Doing the cold call to the leads and convert into the business Manage internal CRM and feed the relevant data to get the proper reports from there Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client. Documentation Skills - BRD/FRS, WBS, PPT, and SOWs. Playing a key role in communication between the Client and Technical teams. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Able to organize and run meetings, leaving with clear objectives and tasks. Prior experience in international client communication. Managing the Pre-Sales team. Foster the Pre-Sales team, review existing processes, and suggest improvements, like status tracking of each lead, progress reports, etc. Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of specific solution domains, company products, and solutions while applying knowledge to translate functional views into technical views. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods by constantly engaging with customers and analyzing their business needs. Supporting marketing activities - case studies, portfolio, and marketing content. Requirement gathering, documentation, and eCommerce integration functionality - Collecting and analyzing project business requirements. Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, UI guides, functional specification documents, wireframes, and estimations. What qualifications you will need: 3+ years of relevant experience in an IT Business Development role. 1+ years of experience in ERP sales. * Hands-on experience in a Pre-Sales role for Odoo or any ERP. Experience in estimating requirements within an ERP platform.
