Role Overview

:
As a

Business Development Executive

, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and expanding our brand presence. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert those leads into loyal customers. You will work independently, with full autonomy over your schedule and strategy, while having access to the necessary resources and support to close deals successfully. This role is commission-based, rewarding performance and success.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead Generation

: Identify and research potential clients across various channels (social media, networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, etc.).

Relationship Building

: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects through email, calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

Sales Conversion

: Convert leads into customers by effectively presenting the value proposition of our brand, understanding client needs, and closing sales.

Negotiation & Closing

: Negotiate terms and contracts, addressing objections and ensuring smooth closure of deals.

Brand Promotion

: Proactively promote the brand through various means, including online platforms, industry events, and personal networks.

Reporting & Feedback

: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in CRM. Provide regular updates and feedback to management on progress and challenges.

Market Research

: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and messaging with current campaigns and offerings.

Key Qualifications

:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and growth. Previous experience is a plus but not required.

Preferred

:

Candidates on their own visa or working in a freelance/contract capacity. Commission-based or performance-driven compensation experience. Experience in remote work environments and handling leads in various time zones.

Compensation

:
This is a commission-based role with a lucrative earning potential, offering a competitive commission structure based on sales performance. No cap on earnings.
