Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing B2B and B2C sales opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and acting in the best interest of the company. The candidate should have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in business development within the professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales:
- Identify, network, and secure leads and clients from business service providers such as typing centres, business centres, corporate service providers, and freelancers.

- Build relationships with freelance agents to secure referrals and ongoing business.

- Develop and maintain a structured B2B sales plan, and conduct weekly reviews to track progress and strategize improvements.

B2C Sales:
- Generate leads and close deals with individual clients for accounting, auditing, tax, and other consulting services.

- Promote the firm's offerings effectively to potential walk-in or referred clients.

CRM & Documentation:
- Accurately log all client and prospect information and submit to the CRM team in a timely manner.

- Maintain clear records of all interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.

Standard Sales Duties:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as required.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience from lead to service execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar B2B/B2C sales role, preferably in professional services or consultancy. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally for meetings and prospecting. Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Driveable, trustworthy, and reliable personality with a proactive attitude. Ability to act in the bonafide interest of the company in all business dealings. Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
