We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics. This role is essential in driving business growth, building client relationships, and supporting the strategic objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and assess new business opportunities.
Establish, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to promote the company's products and services.
Proactively contact new leads, conduct follow-ups, and arrange client meetings.
Lead sales meetings and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (required).
1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients.
Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in English (required); proficiency in Malayalam is an advantage.
