Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Business Development Executive
to help expand our Facility Management (FM) business. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, engage with potential clients, and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and approach potential clients for FM services.
? Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to generate business.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
? Research market trends, competitors, and client needs.
? Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts.
? Work closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
? Maintain records of leads, sales, and client feedback.
Requirements:

2+ years
of experience in Business Development, preferably in FM.
? Strong
communication, negotiation, and sales
skills.
? Ability to meet
targets and deadlines

? Knowledge of FM services (soft & hard services).
?
UAE driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
