As we continue to expand, we're looking for STAR PERFORMERS--individuals who are motivated by challenges, excel at generating leads, and possess the confidence and skill to close deals and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads via LinkedIn, Google, cold calling, and field visits
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions
Follow up regularly via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
Explore new markets and create innovative sales strategies
Who You Are:
Experience in Sales within Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibitions is a plus
Proficient at cold calling, appointment setting, and closing deals over the phone
Confident, professional, and polished in client-facing situations
Sales-oriented, target-driven, and committed to exceeding goals
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive communication abilities
Quick-thinking, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Creative, with fresh ideas to stand out in a competitive market
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
