Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Promote and sell HR services across multiple sectors
Meet potential clients, understand their HR needs, and offer tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare sales presentations and proposals
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales or business development
(preferably in HR, recruitment, or corporate services)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
UAE experience is a must
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
