Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and driven
Business Development Executive
to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the UAE and GCC exhibition markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new leads through online research, exhibitions, and networking
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, exhibition organizers, and agencies
Pitch creative exhibition stand solutions and close deals
Coordinate with design and operations teams to deliver client expectations
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit activity reports
Stay updated on regional trade shows and industry trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in exhibition/events industry)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
UAE market knowledge and valid driving license preferred
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
