We are looking for a smart, energetic, and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to grow their client base and close deals for maintenance, renovation, and cleaning services. The ideal candidate is proactive, digitally savvy, and knows how to pitch services to the right audience--whether in a boardroom or via a direct message.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new B2B and B2C clients including property managers, building owners, real estate developers, and facility heads.
Pitch our services in line with our brand positioning and ensure a smooth transition from lead to contract.
Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, following up consistently to close deals.
Develop and execute strategies for generating leads through:
Social media outreach
(LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Classified platforms
(Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
Cold calling/emailing
and in-person visits
Post, manage, and track performance of company listings and ads on classified and social platforms.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects through digital and in-person engagement.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of promised services.
Report regularly on KPIs including leads generated, meetings scheduled, proposals sent, and deals closed.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine offerings and approach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of UAE experience in B2B and B2C sales--Advantage if in facilities management, cleaning services, or real estate.
Proven track record in lead generation and business growth.
Proficient in using social media and classified platforms for business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages is a plus.
