Role Purpose

Responsible for Revenue Targets set for Business Development (BD), Profitability, Controlling, and Reporting, along with continuously building the "Insights" Brand in the Market.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Activities

Develop a good understanding of the Business, its Region of operations, and offered services.

Identify Relevant persons in Finance/Procurement departments at targeted clients and approach them in a planned manner

Main focus on visits to Office Areas and pitching in our services to generate leads

Identification of business opportunities by searching relevant industries, market databases & other sources of information and locating business deals from potential client

Developing a complete understanding of Clients' needs regarding a variety of financial services.

Continuously develop the "Insights" brand and increase awareness in the marketplace.

Digital Marketing Activities on Linkedin and Instagram to promote our visibility and approach Prospective Clients

Direct Approach to Prospective clients through own Professional Network

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for clearance of receivables pertaining to won clients

Regularly share daily, weekly and monthly reports related to Regional activities containing target achieved, mature business deals, new leads, high-value prospects

Achieve Weekly/Monthly targets of In-Person Visits, Follow up with Calls & Emails, along with other BD Activities

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge / Skills

Ability to meet targets and assigned tasks within deadlines.

Very good understanding of Reporting Methods with good hand on MS Excel and Outlook.

Ability to understand and follow instructions, client reactions and expectations.

Aptitude in networking and building relationships with clients.

Self Motivated and Enthusiastic Individual.

Ability to solely find targets and visit them in person to generate leads.

Fluent in English (Must)

Experience

At least two years' previous work experience in UAE with a similar work profile

Package

Market Competitive with Base Salary starting at 5,000 AED/month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
