Key Responsibilities

Actively generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, cold calls, and field visits Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Identify client needs and convert them into tailored solutions Follow up regularly via calls, emails, and in-person meetings Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery Explore new markets and devise creative sales strategies

Who You Are

Experience in Sales within Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibitions is a big plus Skilled at cold calling, appointment setting, and closing over the phone Confident, professional, and polished in client-facing roles Sales-focused, target-driven, and always looking to go above and beyond Strong in negotiation and persuasive communication Quick-thinking, multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Creative with innovative ideas to break through the noise Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Suite or AutoCAD is a bonus

What We Offer

Competitive Fixed Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000/month

Uncapped Commission + Monthly Incentives

Indoor/outdoor: 1 year (Preferred) Printing/ Signages /Advertising / Fit out industry: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Required) (Preferred)
