Position Overview

HKW Wealth is seeking a proactive and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to expand our footprint in the real estate investment sector. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and help close high-value real estate deals, particularly with HNI/UHNI clients and family offices.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate investment space
-Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-HNIs, and institutional clients.
-Present HKW Wealth's asset-backed investment opportunities in a compelling and strategic manner.
-Collaborate with the investment, legal, and operations teams to structure and close deals. -Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
-Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build the company's profile.
-Achieve and exceed business development targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

-2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the real estate or investment sector
-Proven track record in closing high-value deals.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Strong understanding of real estate investments, particularly asset-backed models.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.

: We manage asset-backed portfolios for HNI, UHNI, and Family Offices, with a current AUM exceeding USD 300 million. Our focus is exclusively on asset-backed investments, not rentals or holiday homes.

Debt Financing

: We arrange funding for large-scale projects like hospitals, with an average financing size of USD 50 million

Power Plants & Data Centers

: Operating primarily in Africa, we undertake projects with an average value of USD 500 million.
