About the Role



We seek a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Only)

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will spearhead client acquisition, nurture relationships, and expand our footprint in the UAE market. This role requires good communication skills, and a passion for branding and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities



New Business Acquisition:

To meet sales targets, identify and pursue leads through market research, networking, and outreach.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs to propose tailored solutions.

Proposal Development:

Create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client objectives and showcase agency expertise.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to position the agency effectively.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and revenue goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

* Bachelor's (Preferred)
