What You'll Be Doing:

Actively generate new business through

cold calling

,

LinkedIn outreach

,

Google research

,

field visits

, and

networking

. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service. Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project scopes and winning proposals. Collaborate closely with our

design and production teams

to ensure seamless project execution. Manage multiple leads and projects with strong organizational skills and a focus on deadlines. Consistently meet or exceed your

monthly sales targets

.

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience in

Advertising, Printing, Signage

, or

Exhibitions

is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident in

cold calling

,

appointment setting

, and presenting in person or over the phone. Strong

negotiation and closing abilities

. Professional appearance and presentation. Creative thinker with a strategic approach to sales. Thrive under pressure in a

fast-paced, target-driven

environment. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

and

Google Workspace

. Familiarity with design software such as

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

, or

AutoCAD

is a bonus.

UAE Driving License

is required.
