Position Overview
We are currently looking for
Business Development Executives
with a background in telesales to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building client relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
Follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner
Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance performance and refine strategies
Candidate Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or a related sales role
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
