We are hiring on behalf of our partner firm based in Dubai, a company specializing in interior design.
We are currently seeking a
Business Development Executive
to join their team and support their growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
Develop and execute strategies to increase the client base and market reach.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Maintain and update CRM with sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the interior design or construction sector.
Strong network within the real estate, construction, or design community is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
