Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview


As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of holiday homes. You'll be responsible for acquiring new properties, building strategic partnerships, and working closely with internal teams to drive occupancy and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities



Property Acquisition:

Identify and onboard new short-term rental properties by engaging with landlords, property owners, and real estate professionals.

Partnership Development:

Cultivate strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and investors to secure exclusive property listings.

Revenue Optimization:

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property visibility, optimize pricing, and execute promotional campaigns.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and guest preferences to uncover new growth opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain regular communication with property owners, providing performance insights and revenue reports.

Contracts & Negotiation:

Lead contract discussions and handle documentation for new property partnerships.

Requirements



Proven experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or a related field in the UAE - ideally within the holiday homes or short-term rental sector. A strong existing network of landlords, brokers, and agents in Dubai. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc., is highly desirable. Goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and business development. UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
