With a strong presence across the UAE, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven professionals to join our expanding team.

Job Summary:



We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented

Business Development & Sales Executive

to boost growth through school collaborations, direct sales, and telesales. You will play a key role in lead generation, closing deals, and expanding our presence in the UAE education sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads and conduct tele-sales calls to promote Brainy n Bright's STEM programs and workshops Engage with schools, educational institutions, and parents to pitch services and close sales Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other emirates Plan and attend school visits, meetings, events, and expos to promote offerings Handle inquiries from potential customers, follow up, and maintain CRM records Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide regular reports and feedback to management on sales performance

Requirements:



Proven experience in Sales, Tele-Sales, or Business Development (preferably in the education sector) Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written) Strong negotiation and closing abilities Self-motivated and target-driven Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field UAE driving license (preferred) Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Qualifications & Skills:



3-4 years of relevant experience in sales /business development (preferred) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver outstanding results. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
