We're currently seeking a motivated and ambitious

Business Development Executive

to support our growth journey by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads and new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC. Approach prospective clients, understand their challenges, and promote AI-driven IT solutions. Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and assist in preparing proposals and quotations. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. Build strong client relationships and ensure ongoing follow-up to close deals. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry. Strong interest or background in AI technologies, digital transformation, or IT services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Confident, proactive, and driven to meet sales targets and grow within the organization. Fluency in English.
