We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/software or related sectors, with at least one year of experience in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software market. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Lead negotiations and successfully close business deals. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT/software industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience in ERP sales is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of IT/software solutions with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
