Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated

Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Executive

to drive sales and expand our client base in

interior fit-out, renovation, and small construction projects

. The ideal candidate will have

a proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and business development

, with a deep understanding of the Dubai construction market.

Responsibilities:



Generate new leads

through

cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and social media campaigns

Execute

paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Ads)

to generate high-quality leads. Track and maintain leads in

CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

to ensure proper follow-ups and conversions. WhatsApp & email marketing for follow-ups

Key Skills



Strong

lead generation skills

(cold calling, social media outreach, digital marketing). Experience in

B2B and B2C sales

for interior fit-out and construction Excellent

negotiation and sales closing abilities

. Experience with

Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns

. Proficiency in

CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)

Knowledge of

interior fit-out, renovation, and construction industry

in Dubai. Strong

presentation and communication skills

(English; Arabic is a plus). Ability to build

long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals

.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience

in

lead generation, sales, or business development

in the

interior fit-out or construction industry

. UAE

driving license
