As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our platform and development services. Your primary focus will be to generate leads, negotiate deals, and ensure the successful delivery of orders that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads, negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve targets.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 2+ years\' prior industry related business development experience in Digital Marketing/ Digital Platforms.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Understand how the products meet the needs and solve the challenges of potential customers.
  • Be able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide feedback to the company based on market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs, provide ongoing support to onboarded clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads, negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve targets.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer information.
  • Work closely with technical teams and other departments to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Market knowledge (especially in UAE).
  • Communication and negotiation skills.

Pay:
  • AED 3,000.00 - AED 7,000.00 per month + Sales Commission
Experience:
  • IT: 2 years (Required)
